Soccer is more than just a game, it’s a reflection of life. Through playing and coaching, I’ve learned that the lessons on the field extend beyond competition. Soccer brings together people from all walks of life, creating bonds of family and community. It teaches faith in ourselves, our team, and something greater, helping us face challenges with strength. Victory brings joy, while defeat tests our resilience, just like the ups and downs of life. It shows us that we’re never alone, supporting others, lifting teammates when they fall, and trusting those around us makes us stronger. Soccer reminds us to stay present, embrace every challenge, and be grateful for the journey, knowing each game is a chance to grow as individuals.

I lead by example, setting a standard of hard work, perseverance, and transparency, which builds trust within the team. This creates a culture where players are motivated to strive for excellence and work together toward success. Deeply influenced by my Brazilian futebol DNA, I am committed to both player development and winning, with a focus on nurturing talent and fostering growth.
